Euphorbia greenwayi aka Candelabra Cactus

Euphorbia greenwayi is a succulent from Tanzania, its native home. It belongs to the spurge family, Euphorbiaceae. Kew calls it a subshrub or shrub. It grows in a desert or dry shrubland climate.
