Pimpinella saxifraga aka Burnet Saxifrage

Pimpinella saxifraga, or burnet saxifrage, is a herbaceous perennial. It belongs to Apiaceae, the carrot family. Kew places its native range from Europe to central Siberia and northwestern Iran. It is native to Britain and Ireland. It grows in temperate regions, including grassy sites and hedge banks. Woodland edges also form part of its habitat.
