Common questions
- When do my free IDs come back?
- Every day at midnight UTC. Identifications that fail, and photos with no plant in them, don't count.
- I bought Pro, but the app doesn't show it.
- Open Settings in Ploi ID and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- In Ploi ID, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. You can also open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- The identification looks wrong.
- Try a closer photo of a different part, such as a flower or a single leaf, or add more photos of the same plant. When the app isn't sure, it says so and shows the other likely matches.
- My plants don't show up on my other device.
- Your library syncs through iCloud. Check that both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
- How do I delete my data?
- Your library lives on your device and in your private iCloud. Deleting the app removes it from the device, and you can delete Ploi ID's iCloud data in your iCloud storage settings. We hold nothing that identifies you.
